At TrendzCartUAE, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at trendzcartuae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at trendzcartuae@gmail.com.
